Default Sunroof Leak or Clogged Up

I just noticed my 93 LS400 the entire back passengers floorboard is wet. Once I removed the back bottom seat and carpet I had about 2 gallons of water standing. I traced it down to what I thought was a leaking sunroof in the back corner of the sunroof but it looks like this maybe normal as the water was going into some type of drainline. Is it possible that the drain is stopped up or is the sunroof actually leaking in the corner? If there is a drain where does it run out so I can check it and anyone have any good tips on how to clean the drain out if it is stopped up?

Thanks in Advance.

Ok, I should have did a search first. I cleaned the right side out although I didn't see much trash it seems to be flowing now. But I did notice this little screw like hole on both sides that slowly drips water. Maybe it doesn't do this when the headliner is back up just found it odd. It was doing it on both sides. Should I plug it up with some sealant?
