Default Pics inside, where exactly does the trunk wire break on the LS400s

Can anyone point me in the right direction as far as where the wire typically gets worn down and cut from?? This harness seems to be very fresh with soft rubber, with those of you that had the damaged section, where exactly in this loom gets damaged? I've posted this in my original thread but think this warranted a new thread due to new topic.

See the little Y-shaped metal yoke that fits around the trunk support --in the photo it's right above the label that has "350" on it? The trunk hing wires are usually attached to that yoke and that is where they break. I think there have been photos attached to past threads about this problem.

One of the trunk hinge wires on the 90 LS I used to have broke for the first time in 2003 a few months before I sold the car. The current owner of the car told me that he has had to fix other trunk hinge wires when they broke a few years later.

THIS is what I was looking for. I'll go monkey around with the wires some more in that proximity but all the wires seem to be in excellent health with soft rubber lining around the copper wires. Any possibilities the 93 might have been different?

This wire is in such clean condition that its leading me to believe that this might have been replaced by Lexus. This is definitely not where the problem is. In addition to the fuel gauge, the car has a serious hesitation problem at WOT and only throwing code 41 but I did clear the airbag light so there should be nothing now.
