Finally got one!!
I just brought home my 2000 LS400 Millenium Limited edition (CAN-spec). It seems it has the same options as the Platinum Edition in the US minus the monochrome paint.
Picked it up for $9200 (US) and it has 60k miles.
I have 20" Euroline DH's on the way.

HOLY **** !! You got yourself a great deal, that mileage is awesome. Congrats man you are going to L O V E IT !!! I'm just a month into owning my 2000 w/ 82K miles and I could not be happier. These cars are simply amazing, expecially in light of their reasonable market value.

Looks very nice! I've always been partial to the birds eye maple wood in the Millenium and Platinum 2000 LS. I'm less of a fan of the "lizard leather" ("textured") inserts in the seats.
I've noticed a number of separate diagnosic procedures for the Canadian and U.S. spec 2000 LS400 in my repair manual set ... might be good to get the manuals. The same repair manual set covers both Canadian and U.S. spec models -- bought mine from a dealer in B.C.
Although the plastic headlight lenses of the 00 LS don't get hot enough to really bake on crap in the winter like on many other cars, the headlight washers will still be great to have in NY -- sure wish mine had them.

Great looking car !!!!
It will run forever. The last year of a series is always the most reliable and the best value. I have a 96 LS400 and an 05 LS430. Your car is way better than my 96, but even the 96 is still a really good car.
That's a lot of car for $9200.
