strange electrical happenings on my 92ls
Since the battery died some months ago, the electrical system is doing some strange stuff. 1. sometime the headlights will turn off when I pull key and open door, some times it won't. 2. auto tilt works right most of the time, 3. door locks- 3 doors lock easily, the driver door sometimes, most of the time I lock it manually. 4. auto door lock when starting, it locks then unlocks.
Could this be related to a control module, anyone else have these issues. Again it all started when I had to jump start. I was leaving the lights on when exiting, figuring that the car would shut them off. went 2-3 weeks of not turning off before battery died.
Thanks for any input!

Perhaps the wiring loom at the trunk hinge is on the fritz? I have heard countless times the madness this thing causes.
Evidentally the wiring becomes twisted, frayed and frazzled and causes and array of electrical poltergeists within several circuits in the cars electrical systems.
Personally, I think there should have been recall on these things, as well as the power steering pumps, since both seem to have plagued EVERY 90-94 LS400 in existance (or soon will be) but then what do I know?
