Power Mods for 2002 LS430 UL
What kind of mods are available for the 2002 LS430 UL such as trans power chips, new ECU, cat back exhaust, Intake box, K & N Filters, intake manifold, and others.
Who makes them and where do I get them.
Thanks all!

I think Injen makes an intake for the LS430 (along with SC430 and GS430).
It probably will not come for months (even years), but TOM's made a supercharger for the LS430 3UZ-FE 4.3L. You could wait for that.

Like LS400 God said, the TOM'S SuperCharger is in the works...here's a Japanese Article on it...

The first image is the top of the article, the second is the bottom. I don't have a translation for it...sorry...
Since the LS430 is new, it'll take a little bit for stuff like that to come out...

I've done a little research on this already. For the U.S., your best bet is L-Sportline. THey have an exhaust system, suspension setup (for non UL), and some simple aero kits. Very classy components and not too outlandish (sorry i'm not into the VIP thing either, but hey I ain't a hater :P

Personally, while I love the JDM VIP style, I do agree that are some "overdone" kits out there. The Fabulous kits borders on that, it's probably the most outlandish of the "classy" kits...
Personally, in terms of aesthetics, I'm into the Brabus/Lorinser/Carlsson type thing. Nice clean mods.
If I had a LS430, I think I would do Wald, AutoCouture or the Balsarini kit with some 20" HRE 544R's...and, of course, I'd have the UL model so I'd get the R-Spec Air Suspension controller...

The wheels are same price as their other 540's...here's part of their official 2002 price list...these are LIST prices...if you get the wheels from an official dealer (like Wheel Experts, Wheel Kinetics, SRT, etc.), it'll be less...here are some popular sizes...
All prices are for basic Silver Painted finish with high polished lips and HRE color caps (not the "etched" ones...)
20" x 8.5" = $1,271
20" x 9.5" = $1,337
19" x 8.5" = $1,208
19" x 9.5" = $1,270
Custom Painted Centers = Starts at $60/wheel
Brushed Centers = $215/wheel
High Polished Center = $158/wheel
Clear Coat (center and lip) = $57/wheel
Etched Center Caps = $60/wheel
So the list price for a setup like I have would be $1603/each for the front wheels and $1669/each for the rear wheels...or $6544 for a full set...of course, that RETAIL price...
See why you won't run into some beaten Civic with HRE wheels?
