I am trying to get some more specifics on the car before I go see it again. I have asked 2 questions:

1) Have the timing belt and water pump been changes?
2) How much life is left on the brake pads and rotors?
3) Can you get cost on a new set of tires?

If I can get that information and what they will give me on my TSX, I can make a decent decision.
On another board, they were saying I was crazy wanted to trade an almost new car for a 10 year old car. The car looks better than most 06 vehicles I've seen.

That can only mean the previous owner did many one-wheel peels (if the 80% used tire is at the rear end)

It's too bad it's sold, but be patient, I'm certain another one will pop up

Actually the newer tire was in the front. They were nice Michelins and although 1 was newer, they were all the same model. I'll keep looking.

Do you think my thought process is wrong, going from a 1 year old car to a 10 year old car?
