Im not looking for praise, just sharing my excitement for my car and my own style, knowing that not everyone will agree. You are the reason that online forums get a bad wrap. You know all the "best" parts and what makes a "good" car. I think I made my point.... I will continue to enjoy my VIP ls400, my own way.

I'm not about to preach about what is VIP etc but there clearly is true VIP and there is VIP look or whatever the hell that is.

I am going to say if you bring up the word VIP in association with your ride please either come correct or come asking for advice and please be humble b/c the "VIP crowd is a "Special" bunch who are very very sensitive with the term VIP. Steven Spielberg and Taro Aso wouldn't meet some of these people's approval. Also please come with some earplugs b/c the scene seems to be full of people who think they were sent from Thor on his VIP Chariot to tell everyone what THEY THINK VIP is.

On the other hand there are VERY helpful people who have BEEN down the VIP road who can and want to help. Please seek that guidance. VIP is a very very finicky look, I think someone said "do it right or go home".

And that is the key here. What they "Think". You are buying your car, you are buying parts for it and please mod it how it makes you happy. Now if you DO post PICS of your car ONLINE, be ready for feedback, POSITIVE and NEGATIVE.
