I always thought they were Nakayama maybe in gun metal. Maybe Ace Klassik? Either way they look really cool IMO.

I had a heck of a time trying to locate the color code of the cladding. I ended up calling Lexus and I must have stayed on the phone with them for close to an hour before they were able to supply me with the cladding color code. Anyway, here's mine with IS300 rims and Michelin Primacy MXV4 215/55R17 tires.
That's still at stock ride height isn't it?

Looks awesome, what an improvement over stock huh!

Yes, its stock ride height. It does take some years off the car by adding the newer wheels to it. Lots of beautiful cars here for sure!

Yeah absolutely! I definitely need to get some bigger and nicer lexus rims asap.

The stockers just drag it down so bad.

Is there a list somewhere of which Lexus rims fit?

Do the new IS250/350 rims fit? Those would look badass I'm sure.

I'd still more than happy with IS300 rims.

yep, it's called the "Search" bar.

for the 89-94 LS400, basically any 5 lug oem Lexus or Toyota wheel made from '88-current will fit EXCEPT wheels off of any LS460 or pre '92 camry.

Here's a before and after next to each other for comparison. I really like the IS 5 spoke wheels too. I kept going back and forth between the two and decided on these, but in retrospect, I think I like the 5 spoke better. I was trying not to expose the calipers/rotors too much since they're only 1st gen double piston and not more beefy looking like the 2nd gen/4 piston... I thought the 5 spoke on the first gen might show too much of the rotor/caliper.

I freaked my wife out a bit one day. She walked into the garage and I had her 2008 ES350 up on four jack stands. I took the 7 spoke wheels off her ES and put them on the old lady to see what they would look like (took it for a spin too of course). I think she thought I was parting her car out!
