91' LS 400 Fuel Guage Issues...Need Info PLS
Ok guys...Yes I did a search. I wanna clarify all the crap posts got in the way and everything isnt clear now.
Simply,
My fuel guage has the infamous "Half-Full" Level Stickage.
NOW, From my understanding I can replace the Capacitors and cool I can drive without beeing stranded again. Im pretty exprerienced at soldering and stuff in this matter as I have worked on BCM's boards to Computer's. The Fuel sending unit is not stuck, as an experienced tech, they just dont stick overnight on any car. Ive come down to the conclusion its the board....Now....
TO THE POINT!..."What type of Caps, and what specs do they need to be for my 1991 LS400."
If anyone can point me in a clear direction to what scematic numbers they are and voltages/etc. I just dont have time to sift through all these slow posts and websites, I get through them and they jump off somewhere else. I definately am not gonna spend money on a new guage cluster, nor pay someone to do it when Im capable of this myself.
(and I rememeber seeing a how-to taking the dash apart with the boards exposed, I just dont remember where it went)
Thanks guys, Appreciate it!
