unreal...i just bought and replaced this hose 3 years ago and its leaking already. the hose was bought from lexpartsonline.com and they tell me its only warranted for 1 year by them. the hose is manufactured by omega which does most of the aftermarket hoses....any suggestions where i might buy another one? my car is a 92 btw.

or just take the hose to a hydraulic hose shop and they'll just make you a new one
better than paying 280-300 for a hose...

just look for someone parting out a UCF10. I picked up a hose locally for 35 bucks rather than getting a new OE manufactured line.

ok i emailed omega which has been bought out by a company named corteco. the hose supposedly has a lifetime warranty. hopefully they will take care of it.i then called sewell lexus told them i was a CL member and the lady on the phone quoted me list price for the hose so i laughed and hung up. i checked world pac they have it for 125.00,imc doesnt have it, the lexus of marin will sell it to me for 345.00 and i had a long conversation with him at the dealer and he said the hose comes from japan but he doesnt know who makes it....i think im going to get it from the dealer if corteco doesnt cover it, im not going to put another aftermarket hose on and have it fail again..thanks guys for the responses

Did you install it yourself the first time? How long / tedious is the job? I'd give Post #2 a shot and have it rebuilt.

i called sewel and hung up on em check my 2nd post. turns out it wasnt the hose after all, crank seal is leaking..i just had it replaced too so its going back to the shop

Oh, the crank seal is pretty easy to replace compared to that hose. Be glad its that.
