It certainly has, what with spoiled little brats hoping to be spoon-fed easy answers for problems that might actually take a little more diagnostic effort than your totally vague dispeptic reports of intermittant problems.
Tell you what: the next time the car doesn't start, try getting out of the driver's seat and go diagnose what you are missing, air/spark/fuel? If the A/C "doesn't turn on", maybe you could tell us the behavior of the A/C indicator lamp, or whether or not the compressor engages.
I can promise you this, most people get exactly the help they deserve. Perhaps when you learn to spell the exceedingly simple and phonetic word f-o-r-u-m, perhaps you will earn a little more effort from those who have to read through your petulance.

could be many, many, many things, some of which have nothing to do with the A/C.
Knowing which of the necessary things is not happening when it won't start will help. You need fuel, spark, the right timing for the spark, and that's usually it. So if you have no spark, it will be a different solution than no fuel. How can you tell? Many ways to do so but generally can you smell fuel as you try to start it? Especially through the tailpipe? Are the plugs, wires, and coils in good working order? Etc.
Based on what we know so far, it could be a CKP, PCM, fuse, main relay, jumped timing belt, ignition coil, plug, distributor, wiring harness, and many other possibilities.
