That could be an option, but I'm not entirely sure about rbwheels.com though. I heard that they rebuilt they're 2 piece wheels horribly using home depot materials. Has anyone ever bought from rbwheels.com?

Lol ya those are the ones. Its either those or some Zaubers if they pop up on the website. Ya 7.5 is a bit narrow but everything thats wider (8,9,10 inches wide) is a bit out of the OP's price range so I thought I'd give him some example of what he could get for around 6 or 700.
