get FIVE (5)mm spacers. they're easy to find. replacing wheel studs is nothing like replacing a wheel bearing

Do they make spacers with hub centering bolt holes? You know, the holes that the cheesy brake disc screws go into?

What I am saying is on my 96 civic I had to seperate the wheel bearings in order to fit the extended lug studs in because they were hitting the spindle arm on an angle during install, which made it impossible to install. I just want to make sure that this car is a simple pop out pop in install before I get in over my head.

Extended studs are super easy to replace in the front of Lexus cars. Just pound them out and replace. There's nothing in the way.

if I did 15mm adapters the rims would stick out like 1/2 or more past the fender. I am still just wondering if the rear studs are a simple pound out; install?

Check T O Y O D I Y dot com and enter your car information and go to the section that you need and check the diagrams to get an idea.

If it's too hard for you, get the 15mm adapters and camber the rears.

It's the same process but the parking brake assembly is in the way. You'll have to do some wiggling but it's not that hard. Just get 15mm bolt on spacers all around and lower your car.

it will NOT be 1/2in. out of the fenders :|

maybe at 4x4 status height, but those offsets will be more conservative than mine, so the front at least will not "stick out" and the rears will still not even be flush.

That's a very small spacer. Go with a 10-15mm spacer with extended studs all around and you'll never visually notice a difference. You 'll want them all around so the stagger stays the same.
If your rear brakes are like my '00 rear brakes then there is a space to remove/replace the studs with ease (about 30 mins for both rears). Use a brass mallet so as not to damage studs.
You will have to roll the fenders (easy - about 2 hours work for all four).
A little camber in the front as well and BAMM, good fitting wheels you love.
