What I am saying is on my 96 civic I had to seperate the wheel bearings in order to fit the extended lug studs in because they were hitting the spindle arm on an angle during install, which made it impossible to install. I just want to make sure that this car is a simple pop out pop in install before I get in over my head.

That's a very small spacer. Go with a 10-15mm spacer with extended studs all around and you'll never visually notice a difference. You 'll want them all around so the stagger stays the same.
If your rear brakes are like my '00 rear brakes then there is a space to remove/replace the studs with ease (about 30 mins for both rears). Use a brass mallet so as not to damage studs.
You will have to roll the fenders (easy - about 2 hours work for all four).
A little camber in the front as well and BAMM, good fitting wheels you love.
