Default Mass air cleaning? Ls 400

I have a 92 ls 400 and was wondering what parts needs to be cleaned on the maf? Do i clean(spray) the actual sensor itself? I was told i could possibly damage it by spraying it.thanks.

Default

I used some MAF cleaner on a very warm day, so the stuff didn't sit and condense on the body of the sensor. The old adage, if it ain't broke don't fix it stand out here.

Why do you want to spray it?
