Car won't turn over or crank
so i left my car out for a few days and we had a big windy snow storm yesterday. so in the morring i decide to take the lexus ands car won't start, it doesn;t make any clicking sound or nothing. i open the hood and i see snow everywhere on the intercooler, fan, pretty much everything by thier was fill with snow. so i check teh battery and everything seems to work, radio, headlight, blows air through the vent, remote key to open and lock door works, alarm is still active. VSC light is also on.
its 2000 ls 400 with only 60 miles, anyone know what it can be ? can it still be the battery even tho everything electrical works?
if anyone wondering how bad teh snow storm was too get snow all over my fan and intercooler area, here a few pics.

60 miles on a 2K LS?? Is this a typo?
Anyway,,check your battery connection to make sure that everything is tight. By the looks of your pic, that aint a snowstorm,, that is a downright avalanche. LOL!! Is possible that you may have fluid freeze with all of the snow getting in those areas and you may need to spend some time thawing the car out. You say everything electrical still works; are your headlights really bright or just kinda dim. Is possible also that your battery may be drained under it's cold cranking amperage in order to start the car. I would take the easiest route first, remove the battery and have it tested/charged and then start from there.

dashan - it drives great as long u have a good set of winter tires and traction controal on and drive carefully, unless u get snow like we did and no one was going anywhere. snow was to high in all the residential area and some area was just impossible for smaller cars.
anyways another suggestion before i get it towed to a shop.

Well if the case of the battery was already checked...then the next thing i would do is....check all the ground cables. It seems that theres no power being transferred from the battery itself so there's something not connecting properly. Try checking your ground cables/distributors/spark cables, especially the ignition coils...i know ive had that problem where even by the slightest slipping, the car would not turn on at all....
