The vibration does still exist when the car is in neutral while driving (did this on the highway) and while at a stop which are two different issues I would assume.

Why would this indicate that they are two different issues? That would indicate to me that it is the motor mounts.

Because when reving in park the engine is perfectly smooth. Vibrations occur while in gear and at a stop but as soon as I give it a little gas it becomes smooth again. When in neutral and moving I don't think it would be the motor mounts since neutral at a stop is perfectly smooth.

I don't know, any time the engine/drivetrain position is shifted, it can cause vibrations. I would start with the tranny mount. Apparently it is really easy to change.

check the wheel balance, and drive shaft center bearing. if both check out, look into the diff mounts.
