Over heating
A day before my car blew a head gasket, I had seen that the Coolant gauge had stopped working Why would it just stop working? the cluster is new, Because If it would have been working It would have maybe saved my car , So Im fixing this after i fix everthing should it work or did the Coolant Temperature Sensor go out? Or is that the sensor that tells the gauge witch way to move?

Sounds like it could have been a faulty sensor or even a bad thermostat. To be on the safe side I would replace both of them since they are not expensive to replace at all. Honestly,, you need to figure out what clogged in the first place causing you to blow a head gasket. This is pretty much a very rare oddity in this car.

The thermostat can't jsut disappear, someone very well could have removed it, but they don't go *poof*. There is a temperature sender and temperature sensor. The sender tells the gauge what temp the engine is, and the sensor tells the ECU what the temp of the engine is.
