Your "Green" Relay in the ENGINE compartment is fried. Try changing it, but I think honestly with the smoke it could have shorted the wiring underneath. You'll have to remove the standoff bolts to inspect.

I fixed the problem it was the green relay you mentioned I put it on the wrong way when I was trying to find the blown fuses. I remember the green one was the first one I pulled after the jump start incident. But I have all my functions back. Thanks you for your help and everyone who attemped to help me. Thank you all.

To the OP, you're welcome.

And, no, I'm not. Stupidity and experience more like it. I was undoing the wiring harness in the engine bay because I have a lot of electrical taps I run for my electrical fans. I didn't tighten the harness all the way and had a problem with these functions. Tightened it and all functions were restored. Trial and error.

I know this is a dead thread, but I thought I'd give it a shot on the off chance either VIPking or avalon42 have some insight..Same issue on Lexus LS400 - except ONLY issue after battery replacement is stereo head unit. No power at all coming to unit. I checked/changed the fuse under the hood, but was unable to locate fuses inside the car. I pulled the kickpanel on driverside up, and behind E brake, under carper were wiring harnesses but no fuses? Where is the other fuse entry?

I actually took my car to MIDAS today to get an oil changed, and asked them to see if they could fix it, i was literally told "you should take your car somewhere where they can check the wiring" ..which brought me here - any help appreciated. everything else seems to be working normally.

So I did the exact same thing as OP, after replacing the 120A alternator fuse, there are a bunch of things that aren't working now. My power locks, key fob, dome lights, radio and the steering wheel tilt all don't work now. I have checked the majority of the fuses and they seem fine. I tried taking out that green relay that fixed the problem for the OP, and that seems fine but I don't know how to tell if that is blown. Anyone else think of anything?

I am having the same issue. It seems that all the items listed in the under dash drivers side panel are the items that are not working, another words what relay or fuse is supplying the power to the drivers side under dash panel??
