I want to thank everyone who responded to my post about the timing chain.

Great information! I am going to hold off on the chain and sell the car........looking for another Lexus of course!

I'd like to seel it for $4500. Think I can get it?

not even close, that car is worth at most 2000-2500 without the timing belt done.

my belt snapped at around 90,000.... my uncle had the car when he wintered in southern calif, thinking maybe the intense heat had a hand in premature failure...
