I just installed this same kit from XenonDepot.com and I have my drivers side ballast under the headlight and the passenger one under the airbox. For the passenger side I had to notch the bottom of the airbox so it would fit over the ballast. Both are secured down with the double stick tape included in the kit. As it is everything is completely hidden. Hope that helps.
