Default crossdrilled and slotted

If your tight on dividends and want to increase the look and performance then you should check out ebay. I have had a set of crossdrillied and slotted rotors on my 92 ls400 for over a year now and have no complaints. I got my set for 220$ from "transrotors" Ill try to post some pics later...

Am I correct in assuming that he'll need to upgrade to 95+ 16" rims and tires if he moves to the four piston? If he goes with 93~94 two pistons, will his 90 15" stock rims work okay ( I figure they will )...

i got my 93 calipers if u want to buy them....i upgraded to the 4pot set up and set me back around $500-600 including new rear rotors/pads.

OR if u just want better performance upgrades..i got cross drilled and slotted rotors for a 90-92 LS400...then get some EBC pads and it should greatly improve from the stock stuff.

What year did they go to a four piston caliper? I have a 96 and I have single piston calipers.

Nope just had them off when I did the ball joints and tie rod ends. 100% fact I have single piston calipers, now the piston is huge and thought wow never saw a piston that big before. Ball joints and tie rods bolted up no problem. I also have no complaintsabout the braking system as it stops on a dime.

I'm pretty sure the brake master cylinder valving changed from 90 to 91, and again for 95. A single piston on a 95 would probably work very differently on your 95+ as opposed to the 90... Never heard of a single piston on a 95+...

Here is that pic... It was pretty dark and it's a phone pic so quality is lacking. I will try to get a better pic with the wheel off tomorrow.

Lol yeah I was thinking that as well..... They do the job they were ment to do so it's not all that bad. I wonder if they did it so the wheels would fit??? What is on the rear of a 95+?

cause the 90 caliper is smaller, the 95+ is a larger size thats why the 1st gens need to get the 2ls lbj.
