Let me see if I can answer a few for you.
Speakers,,the first gen 89-94 came with only a 4" speaker, so your choices are limited. If you are fairly proficient with a dremel, then you can widen the hole in the speaker baffle and fit in a 5.25" speaker (I did this to my 92).
Radio,,, YES you can hook a subwofer to it, HOWEVER you will need an aftermarket amp and you will have to go thru the process of bypassing the OEM amp in the car. The factory radio (from what I understand) will not work with the amp completely removed, as it is part of the system, but it WILL work if it is bypassed.
Lighting,, this has been discussed several times before, and there is NO one simple answer. Use the search feature here in this forum and putin the key work LED lighting in the LS section of the search feature. A few threads should pop up and you can go from there.
Black trim,, looks like it took a small hit,, may want to find a donor at the local boneyard. Crazy Rays(depending on what part of MD you're in) has plenty of them.
Curling,, your pic looks ,to me, like that back door panel wasnt put on correctly and was just forced into place. May be something as simple as removing the panel and reinstalling. If it is peeling from the base panel, then you may need to re-glue.
What part of Md are you in?
Oh,, and BTW,,,,www.lexls.com is gonna be your friend for ALOT of info.
