My car if f--ed up then, how in the world canyou get more mileage out of your mpg's then the epa estimate? I just have to change my spark plug wires and distributors coils to see if it improves...

I dropped my hydraulic fan and put in two electric fans. Most of my miles are freeway when I'm getting 400-420. That fan adds power and frees up some lbs so the engine runs better.

Change your Coolant Temp Sensor, you might have timing off if its as bad as you say... i went from 14-15 mpg to 23 with a CTS but if your having serious problems past that might be something else...

Changed Caps and Rotors, filled gas tank and ran from 13.5mpg to 16mpg. It gave me just City driven no Highway at all, 303 miles whe the Low Fuel light lite. Need Spark Plug Wires now.

Default Mpg's

WELL THIS IS AN UPDATE ON THE MPG'S OF MY SEDAN. A LUCAS FUEL TREATMENT AND A FULL TANK OF GAS GAVE ME 17.78MPG OF THOSE 1/3 WAS HIGHWAY THE REST IS CITY AND NORMAL LIGHT ON THROTTLE ACCELERATING. A/C ON WHEN NECESARY AND TIRE PSI ON 35PSI(FACTORY SIZE RIMS AND TIRES). LETS SEE WHEN I DRIVE IT FROM ORLANDO TO MIAMI IF IT WILL GIVE 24+MPG. (EPA'S ESTIMATES)

I finally monitored the MPG for the last two fill-up I did and the outcome is pathetic

City driving w/ AC on 99.9%...157 miles
Highway driving including little local driving in the mix/AC on ...257 miles

Is this consider normal for a 90 LS or is there something I can do to improve?

uhh dude, if you didnt measure the actual amount of gasoline used how did you figure out your mpg? giving us just miles traveled is only half-way there.
