My steering wheel turns to the right when I brake. It is not strong by any means but if you barely hold on to the steering wheel it will turn. My alignment and everything is fine. Any ideas on what it can be? Front right caliper grabbing more for some reason? The breaking is overall smooth and feels good.

SKP,
I could perhaps believe a non-functioning strut could cause such an action.
I am a little lost on the bar part of your analysis??
I think I would start with rebuilding the front calipers. There are kits available.

Strut rods have bushings , when the bushing is shot it will caster the wheel back and toe it out . If both are worn the same amount it will void the pull but one side more than the other will cause it to steer in the direction of the broken strut rod bushing.

the strut rod that SKP is referring to is the correct name for the suspension link running forward from the front wheel hubs, controlling both caster and toe (to a lesser degree).
the bushings are a common wear item, and the whole bar is available from lexus and the bushings themselves MAY be but it really depends on your local dealer.
