Default Steering wheel turns slightly when braking

My steering wheel turns to the right when I brake. It is not strong by any means but if you barely hold on to the steering wheel it will turn. My alignment and everything is fine. Any ideas on what it can be? Front right caliper grabbing more for some reason? The breaking is overall smooth and feels good.

SKP,
I could perhaps believe a non-functioning strut could cause such an action.
I am a little lost on the bar part of your analysis??

I think I would start with rebuilding the front calipers. There are kits available.

The pads look fairly even, I will look for a rebuild kit. Thanks

You could have a bur on the pad as well that it catching before the other side meets rotor.

Strut rods have bushings , when the bushing is shot it will caster the wheel back and toe it out . If both are worn the same amount it will void the pull but one side more than the other will cause it to steer in the direction of the broken strut rod bushing.

In most auto terminology a strut bar is a brace that runs horizontally from one Strut tower to the other. I have one on the front of my 94LS.

Good thing I know what I am talking about and said " strut ROD" . Read carefully before you try and correct someone.

the strut rod that SKP is referring to is the correct name for the suspension link running forward from the front wheel hubs, controlling both caster and toe (to a lesser degree).

the bushings are a common wear item, and the whole bar is available from lexus and the bushings themselves MAY be but it really depends on your local dealer.
