Will a 96 LS400 ECU work on 1995 LS400?

It is the part numbers you need to be worried about. What is wrong with your ECU?
I put in a 50224 to fix my ECU issues. From my calls to Lexus a 50222, 223,224, are the superceding part numbers. If you buy it from Lexus now it is a 50225.
