Do you plan to perform an alignment after putting them on?

PD, is this the poly bushings you are talking about, or OEM?
I used OEM on my old 97, was planing on the poly for one of my 99's

Does any alignment need to be done after changing the strut rod bushings? I own a '98.

An alignment is needed after strut rod replacement, even though you mark the cambers when disassembling the suspension. You should watch tires for uneven wear closely if you decide not to do the alignment after R&R the strut rod.

this is only true for the poly ADUS bushings. (which is the bushing most use)

Even if they squeak, I'm sure they will be quieter than worn bushings.

no, they arent.

i would say that you have a grease port installed so you can pump them full of silicone grease when they get loud.

I added a front strut tower bar and it seemed to quiet my OEM strut rod bushings, which are going bad. Pretty nice improvement so far.

that's the placebo effect since the strut bars are basically just a brace in our cars, and don't actually stiffen anything due to the double wishbone design...
