Default LS 400 Service.....what To replace??

I've been having spluttering problems w/ low idle recently & after reading on here I've decided that the Throttle Body is going to get a good cleaning. While I'm @ it, what else should I replace to give the car a good service? I have a mechanically minded friend who is going to help me, need to know what to buy....

Here are some suggestions, please add or remove if you think it's appropriate...

Clean the throttle body
plugs, wires, caps, and rotors
Fuel Filter
seafoam or Meet
oil and air filter, added fuel cleaner and an octane booster

It could be a dirty MAS just behind the air filter it's in the same tube the air filter is hooked up to I bought a can of MAS cleaner and just sprayed all over MAS and mine and it has been good since later it totally failed if it keeps sputtering you might have a bad air mas sensor or MAS I found one at a lexus junk yard here in CA for $130.00 dealer wanted close to $1000.00 I also hear there might be some after market type out there. I also cleaned my intake to help get out carbon now it runs like a rocket.
