I've found that my 96 LS with Goodyear Tripletread allseasons is worthless in the snow. I've yet to try with snow tires.

X 10!!!!!

I HATE anything that tries to drive the car for me. If I'm sideways in snow its usually for a reason - and its fun! If I have some computer randomly applying brakes to wheels trying to think for me I'm in the snowbank.

Once had a '97 Cadillac STS was cruising around the subdivision in a snowstorm hitting the emerg brake to do some drifting when the "stability control" starts flashing, brakes start being applied unpredictably to the wheels next thing I'm in the snowbank.

I HATE TRAC luckily my '93 LS400 has a button that I can shut it off and I'm looking forward to my 1st winter. Buying 4 General Altimax Arctic Winter Tires today
