Since mine is over 200k at least 3k miles or 6 mos. K&N filters here run $13. Could probably go to a OEM for less don't know never bought any. I am guessing you mean the oil plug gasket. If so than yes. I just buy a new plug comes with the gasket when i get the oil and filter.

Unless you dont like Mobil for some reason I recomend the Mobil clean 5000. It's 5w-30 like recomended. I don't know enough about or have a preference about penz or castrol. And gasket is a bad word for it. It's basically a metal crush washer.

penzoil although has changed their formula recently has had the reputation of being the worst oil! they used parafin for a long time and whoever used that oil for an extended period of time would see sludge buildup because of it. anyone ever see a valve cover pulled on an engine that used penzoil only? what a mess. castrol is very good oil, quaker state is made by the same company as penzoil. mobil one is the fram of oil. they spend tons of money on advertising but arent the best. amsoil is one of the best oils on the market. napa's filters are made by wix and are the industry standard.

you can really get everything you need from autozone. just tell them your year/make/model and they'll look it up in the computer and get you the right part. The only thing is i would go to wal-mart for the oil because its cheaper.
