What size tires do i want?
Ok, so i plan on going with 18x8.5 +30 on the front and 18x10 +25 on the rear and was trying to figure out what size tires i need. This would be with coilovers also. I would like to not roll the fenders at lease at first. I was thinking 245/40r18 in the rear and 235/40r18 for the front? Would that be a big stretch on the rear?

IMHO the offsets will require a fender roll. Just a roll. No pulling will be required.
Those tires sizes will work fine. No real stretch at all. I had 235/245 on my 19x9.5/10.5.
I use this calculator all the time: http://www.willtheyfit.com/

Hmmm I was trying to go with these sizes because i like a tad of strech but wanted to stay as close to the correct size to keep the speedo correct. Do you know what the offset and width of the stock wheels are by chance? Since it would need a role i was just going to ride it high until i could get it done.

My OEM tires were 225/60/16.
Don't worry about the speedo too much. Even 4% is only off by 2 miles at 55mph.
Ya, if you ride at stock height you should be fine without a roll.

In which case a good business opportunity is there. Buy the Eastwood fender roller, use it for yourself and then rent it out. You'll make your money back 10 fold over a couple years. Friend of mine did the same thing around here.
