1997 LS400 Rear Seat Removal
I am stuck, please help! I am removing the rear seat to run wiring for a new amp. I searched the forum and got some good info...enough to pry up the 4 snaps for the seat bottom and remove the four bolts for the seat back along the bottom as well as the bolt behind the armrest at the top.
Now I can pull the bottom of the seat back and it swings out a few inches but something is still attached at the top. I have tried lifting it...I looked behind the headrests to see if there were additional bolts there...and nothing. It is still attached near the top somewhere. Please help! I have been working on this for hours.
Thanks

Thanks for trying...I read that already but the 97 is different (no pull tabs on the bottom) which is why that wasn't helping.
But...I just found the other two bolts! The leather is like new and it looked like the stitching was to the seat behind the headrests but the bottom corner is a flap that exposes the bolts on each side.
Here comes the RCAs, Power wire and Remote turn on lead...!
