Seat belts
Hi all, Could someone with a 1990-1992 US Spec LS400 please check their seatbelts and tell me if they are the inertia type ( Locks up when pull on it quickly) or If the other type that only activates in an emergency (crash) Cheers and thanks in advance.
I couldn't find squat in search but still searching.
Reason why is because my brother bought a 1990 Toyota Celsior (Jap version of LS400) and he's still got smooth jap belts in and if we need to swap them for inertia ones that lock when you pull hard on em, we may as well see if US spec LS400 will work. Cheers guys.

I think your right after doing lots of searching and looking through some of the writeups they do look to be the same Where I'm from the seatbelts have to be the inertia wheel type to pass vehicle inspections.
Thanks anyways guys.
