Damn, you've been driving like this for almost a year? I would have brought it in somewhere by now to get it diagnosed. This is where you can get the capacitors; http://www.digikey.com/?curr=USD I found this link in another thread that you posted in about your problem back in February, talking about capacitors.

Did you take the ECU apart? What did you find? Caps are ordered by #. If someone got the wrong caps then they probably ordered wrong #'s. Radio Shack, Fry's, Digikey, just about anywhere. Just make sure they are rated for 105 degrees C. The Radio Shack units are usually 85C rated but they will work in a pinch. The Cap value is printed on the side of the cap. Also, make sure you have the correct voltage. You can sub at 25v cap in place of a 16v bolt don't put a 16v in place of a 25v. The same or higher voltage rating will be fine. It will mostly come down to size of the cap(physical size) Larger voltage caps are usually bigger in size. Use Nichicon or Panasonic for best results. Capxon caps suck! Don't use that brand!!!!!!!
P.S. The caps are polarity sensitive. Make sure you know the difference on the + and - sides of the cap and make sure they go back in the board the same way....
