lowered 98 ls and is now rubbing when turning
So just last week i bought some megan ez coilovers from circuitMS had a good deal going on, package got here in a day good stuff circuit, but anyways after installing them and dropping the car now my front tires rub on the inside when im making turns. Car is fully dropped in the back so i had to drop the front more than back so it wouldnt look weird. So i wanted to know what do you guys that are slammed deal with that problem. if i would adjust my camber would that fix it a little or am i going to have to raise it up.. tires that i have are 19x9.5 all around with offset of 35 and im running 225/35/19 . got a few pics sorry for the quality is at night time.
is raining here in la so car is dirty

is it only rubbing when driving and turning? Mine does that so i bought some bump stops i will try in the new year. but if yours does the when parking then you maybe have wrong ET or have to pull the fenders more or cut the plastic. i tried to warm mine up and form it somehow. Worked a little but will try again in the new year when the weather is better.

it only does it while im driving and making turns, so i have to make my turns slow.. what is that bump stops your talking about what does it do? im just wondering how the people who are slammed more than mine deal with the wheel rubbing on the inside plastic.

Thats what happens when you get low! that ****** rubs lol! Yeah like everybody already said just ditch the inner fender liner and it will give you a little bit more clearance. You could also possibly run a little bit more negative camber up front for those extra mm's of clearance

I should know better than to ask this question but by "roll the fenders" i'm hoping this is something more high tech than the 80's method. We don't still stick a wooden baseball bat between the fender and the tire, throw a someone in the trunk and move the car? Check for clearance, add an extra person if it's not enough? Please tell me they have found something better. I've been the person sitting on the trunk when they need just a little touch more and the person looking for wooden bats, but it's been a long time. I have a rub in the right rear from the 19x9.5's and they keep threatening to roll the fender there and I keep hoping they don't mean with the bat!
Why aren't you running staggered on that car? It looks good and it doesn't stick out as much in front as I expected, but staggered seems to fit so much better. Are those Racinghart wheels?
