Default Still have my noise

Just a follow up on my strut bar project. I ordered new ball joints, while I was at it, and strut bars for both sides from Toyota and ended up installing them this weekend. Everything went great, thanks to all your help and my DeWalt impact gun. That's the good news. The bad news is I still have my front end noise. It happens when going over speed bumps, usually with the brakes applied. It is a popping noise and seems to come from around the footwell area. I don't know if it's related, but at 73 to about 80 mph, the front end of the car shakes. Not the steering wheel, just the front end. I've had the tires balanced many times and had Lexus do the last alignment. Could this noise and vibration be my shocks? The car has 116,000 miles. Thanks for any help.
