5x114.3 is the standard Lexus bolt pattern besides the ls460. so yes they will fit but until u post up the offsets its unsure if u will need body mods or not.

Really,, unless your going for the DONK look on the LS,, 22's are gonna be WAYYYYY big on an 92. You're gonna be sitting way up in the air with those. The most I would go on a first gen would probably be 20's and even that is stretching the limit, for me anyway. There have been a few here with the first gen that have done it and it worked pretty good. Check the wheel setup thread for reference. You will most likely have to do some bodywork to get them to fit and your tires are gonna be the equivalent of thin rubber bands.

Offsets are pretty much gonna be key here to determine what the tuck is gonna be. Am suspecting you will not like it. I personally would pass on them.
