HELP have a shimmy at 60-65 mph
I have a front end shimmy that I only feel between 60-65mph, after that it goes away. Any ideas what might be causing this?
Other than that the car goes nice on the highway.
thanks

If it's just at a certain speed it's usually tire balance. Did this just start to happen? If so, it could just be some snow or ice on the inside of the wheel, especially with all this weather we've been having here in New England.

the car has shimmed since I got it about a year ago.
If it is the tires I'm having new ones put on next week so we will see if thats it...
As far as the brakes go I think they where done about a month before I bought it.
Why do you ask?
So it sounds like its wheels, tire, or rotor thing
Thats better than ball joints, control arm...etc
