Very nice purchase. I think the 93 and 94 models are a sweet spot in the line. I agree w deanshark that you are lucky not to have the air suspension option. I would also put the TRAC system in that category. Enjoy the new ride.

I agree that the 93 and 94 were sweet. You have definitely done well. I have to ask twofanman why he wouldn't want the TRAC system. I have it on my '90 LS with 249K and it's never been a problem (knocking on wood). In fact, the few times I've been in snow and ice with it I was amazed at how well it worked! I love it!

You are correct, I found the paper work and certificates for it, 5 year warranty on a leather, fabric, & paint guard which all had a 5 year warranty.

They cover alot of to do with the car, undercoat, paint, leather, etc. It comes with a transferable warranty but Idk if you need the paperwork. Not sure if it is put on at the factory but you can read up on it.

I found it in the paper work, appears as if certified dealers put it on which this was done at the time of purchase by the grandfather it appears in 1993. He had the phamphlet on it and all the paper work for it in the file. Thanks for the help.

I agree, having only 47K miles on it and being garaged all the time it still looks new, its amazing, but yes, I do not think it lasts 17 years either. I am sure it helped preserve the good look, but would not be effective yet to this day.

It's still on there. (wherever it was applied) Maybe not as powerful as when it was new. Just b/c the warranty runs out in 5 years doesn't mean it's not any good after 5 years. Look at all the stuff that has a 1 year warranty that lasts for the life of a car. (30-40 years or even 50)

You've a gem! No idea what you paid but the biggest way to say thanks to your Grands is to baby this gem, keep it clean and shined driving it with pride.

Not sure why you want to take a survey about the price. Any of us would have paid plenty. Personally I'm glad you paid for it and didn't get it given to you. You've a car that will last you quite some time. Easily as long as it lasted your Grands.

Lucky dog you!

I agree it's a great system when it's working. I just think it's added complexity and expense that I personally don't want or need - just one more system to maintain, fix or work around.

Nice... Welcome to the club. This car can last you for a long time.

Everything about them is awesome! I think you got a great deal. I bought mine at 93k 5 years ago for $6800. It was kept up and there was a few minor things like dash light. Fixed most myself and she is still going strong.

I must admit I added a nice set of wheels so I could use stock rims for BLIZZAK's. I also put in the clear tail lights and front side lights. When I polish it, she looks awesome!
