I was looking into buying a luxury saloon for the family. I wanted something reliable and luxurious. I had couple of car in mind, since I previously own a 01 740il Bimmer ,0 540 bmw ,00 acura 3.5rl, 94 vigor and legend and drove s class , never ls400. So end of the day ls400 all the way best car I have driven and way smoother than the Benz and Bmw . Almost bought a s420 but oh well next year. I love how the ls400 rides, it suites my taste in what a luxury full size saloon should be.

Congrats! I just got my 99 LS 400 this past week as well.

Good buy - for that year car the LS wins hands down over any European manufacturer as long as previous owner took care of it. Sure the Euro's handle better however that is easily addressed with suspension tweaks
