the fron tires are 225/40/19 and rears are 245/40/19. it cambers a little not to bad and yes the fenders are rolled cause of low offset.

any wheel/tire setup that is heavier than stock will have a negative impact on fuel economy, though the extent of the damage depends on many factors.
