I just bought a 1991 LS400, The Instrument Cluster was having issues. I unplugged the battery to take the cluster out and fix it but when i plugged the battery back in it had SEC on the display. Tried a number of 3 digit codes written all over the owners manual...

After a few failed attempts the radio just shut down and will not power up anymore....

Can Someone Please help!!
