Daytime running lights?

I'm not PD, but I would assume that if you brights work the bulb is ok. It's likely the control module.
On my *cough prelude* I had to go in a re solder a few contacts. I expect it would be a fairly simple circut even if it's in a Lexus.

just for you, I pulled the headlight wiring diagram from the computer today.
it seems that the dlr's a controlled by a total of 3 relays. and 5 fuses.
so....working with the "we know we have some power" theory.....
power comes out of the dlr2 relay...engine room junction block on left side of engine compartment forward of the strut tower.....then power goes to th .........oh blah blah........ok , there are 2 relays that control the dlr's.......a right side and a left side.......switch the relays and see if the if the dlr's switch sides. if they do, then the relay needs to be replaced.
daytime running light relay 3&4....at right front corner of engine compartment

Rt Front corner of engine compartment (I presume as you are oriented from the driver seat). Looked tonight when I go home, didn't see relay #3 & 4. Did see DRL relay #2 forward of the from strut. Do I need to remove anything to get at relay #3 . (I did have poor lighting, will be better in the morning when I try again). Thanks

im going to say yes, its on the right side, if in passenger seat. the orientation of the vehicle is left and right....aways looking towards the front of the vehicle.
and if you stood in front of the car looking towards the rear.....the right side will still be the right side, even though it is now on your left.
and according to the diagram,3&4 should be in a black box our atleast covered with a lid and about six inches long. the diagram shows the relays together, but the box or cover is its own unit. and under the lid, it should say "dlr-r" and "dlr-l"
hope thats not confusing
