fyi, the fan bracket I got is missing the bolt hole used to mount the left coil. It also isn't threaded as deep as necessary for the drive belt idler. So I have to weld up a small bracket and cut a bolt down a 1/4" or so.

I replace my fan bracket last week (search for details) and had similar problems with the Dorman 300-804 fan bracket I bought.

http://www.amazon.com/Dorman-300-804.../dp/B000TYTQNE

(Great price there, BTW - $89 with free shipping; I paid $126 at local Kragen)

Differences I noticed between my original and the Dorman 300-804 are:
- Dorman was missing one tapped screw hole, but I did not notice missing that when it was reassembled.
- The lug with the tapped hole coming in at around 7:00 in the picture (for the lower AC screw) was ~1/8" too long. Not too hard to jig-saw it off, and it worked fine after that, but I thought it was ridiculous that they could not copy the part accurately.
- The flange at around 4:00 in the picture was in the wrong place by about 1/4", making it impossible to seat the timing belt cover properly. After wrestling with it for a while and confirming the problem, I used a Dremel tool to cut down the t-belt cover to fit. Again, ridiculous that it was not an accurate copy.

So if you have not found all of these errors yet, you might want to look for them in case you've got them too.

mine was from am-autoparts on ebay

The passenger side cover didn't seem to fit exactly into place where the water pump pulley is, but it wasn't too bad. I don't remember how the stock fit into there honestly and I didn't want to disassemble to test fit it back up.

The timing belt job is complete, but I decided not to pull the injectors or mess with the valve measurements/shims at this time.
