Should I Buy This Used LS?

Just my opinion; If I was you, I would pass on it. It's an OK price for year and mileage but... you can't see it. It may have been maintained properly and still be a POS. The guy might be very honest and tell you everything he has done to it but maybe even he doesn't know everything it's gonna need. With pictures he's gonna show the good parts but you can't see if, or where, it's leaking oil or anything. You can't see the bad bushings or motor and tranny mounts that more then likely need to be changed, especially with that high mileage. If you do buy it "sight unseen" plan on putting at least a couple grand into it, just on parts. If you're serious about it there are businesses that go out and inspect cars for people, like you, that can't get to it for any reason and they send you a report on how it looks and what it might need. I think they even send pics of everything. Carfax is good but I wouldn't trust that 100%, not everything gets reported.
