That would be some serious work, and money, to fix that. You'd be better off parting it out, especially being in Ca. There's a whole lot of people out there that could use alot of parts off that. Those are some nice bald tires on there. You said "recently bought" did you smash it or did you buy it that way? What did you pay for it? I'm sure you could get your moneys worth out of it, drivetrain alone is worth alot.

No I bought it from my cousin crashed.. A drunk driver hit him on a Friday night.. I bought it for $400 from him and I did get an estimate to get it straightened for around 1000.. But I've been searching everywhere on the net for parts and I can't come up with any body parts that's not from the dealer.. I'm sure I can get good money parting it out

+ radiator, support, fans, dashboard (cracked) intake ducts. Did the windsheild crack from the airbag? Plus the 90K mile service needs to be done. Everything just keeps adding up, more and more. Too much.

won't work with your 1st gen
best bet is to part it out locally, doubt you'll be able to do it here since you dont meet any of the recs but you could try PMing one of the mods to see if they'd let you.

I would start selling the parts on every free site you can find, then hit ebay's wanted section. I'll bet you'll make enough money to buy a slightly used LS400 that isn't wrecked.
Cars are always worth more as parts than whole.

Don't fix it, but keep it you might run across another one like that. Do some searching for a cheap one. I was in the same position my car got total and I didn't brought it back, I wish I did. It had 19000 original miles on it with prefect interior i paid 4g's for it and the insurance ppl gave me 7 thousand for it. I should've brought it back. I just brought another one for $1300 that need some work interior and exterior, but i found a back seat for $11 . I'm getting it together.

I'm right in the middle of the repair/part out dillema on my 2000 LS with 135K miles. My damage is not nearly as extensive as yours and the car still drives great, but it is an $8K repair for a car that's only worth $12K.
I came to the same conclusion deanshark did... a lot of people could probably use the parts from this car. So I'm about to pick up an 05 LS430 and I'm pretty excited about it.
