Need urgent help with my ucf10 / ls400

Hey everyone i was wondering how do i remove the bottom portion of rubber on the lowest part of my ucf10? Like the black part? heres some pics

I tried a little bit to rip it off hahah but i doubt thats a right way to do it

That rubber piece is attached on the inside of door outside moulding (panel) with rivets. This is from my 93 manual; To take off the panel on the front door you need to
remove 2 screws from inside lower door panel. (rear door is 2 screws, 1 nut) Using a moulding remover, pry out the moulding from the lower side. (manual says upper side but that's wrong)
Drill out the rivets
Remove rivets.
Install is reverse

hahah thanks everyone and i was trying fix my car up as fast as i can... so i guess its not really urgent :/ but thanks again! ill try all methods you guys recommended
