i did see water drip a few drops and got some on finger, smell check (no smell), put it on white paper towel (no pink color like antifreeze). today, i saw small drips near the same place (right under water pump), again without having to start the car.
and drove about 150 miles, checked periodically, absolutely no drips whatsoever. wtf??
and car stays cold. right at first notch of the temperature meter. never goes over it. even with ac blasting for hours. is this good or bad?

Exactly, I'll bet if you don't use your A/C for a day you wont see any water dripping. Sometimes the condensation doesn't drip out instantly, it takes a little while. Don't worry bout it, it's water. If it was coolant then you would have something to worry about.
