Quick tie rod question

It's really nice to have guys like you that have a lot of experience here to help others out. I really know almost nothing about cars but I also try to learn as much as I can about the car that I'm driving at the time.
I'm a little embarrassed to say but I figured out what my problem was. When I got the tires balanced and rotated they aired my tires up to 38psi. That's why it was riding like a brick. I dropped it down to 29psi and it's back to normal.
I'll still probably take it in just to see what all it needs but I'm feeling much better about it now.

I just bought it and its got 166k. I'm getting a vibration through the steering wheel at 50 to 70mph and thought that it was either the tires or strut rods but after getting the tires rotated and balanced it was still doing it. My mechanic said the strut rods looked ok but the driver's side tie rod was hosed. I figured I would go ahead and change both of them out at the same time.
I changed the outer tie rods 33K miles ago and a few days ago I inadvertently tore a boot of the outer tie rod on driver side. What do you guys think of DEEZA outers - OK? Or should I stick with OEM. ( I have OEM now). I am thinking of changing both outers now and then getting alignment done. What do you apply on the inner TR threads before screwing the outer on?
