Welcome to CL.
Many threads about air controllers that apply similarly. If you want to ride regularly low, the stock air suspension is not up for that type of stress and will leak. The OEM/stock replacements are expensive. Aftermarket systems handle it a bit better but that is something to read up on so that you will be aware.
Economically, it is less expensive to convert to a coil spring system. If there is an importer of parts from Taiwan or Japan, you will be able to get them. Cost may be high but that depends on the aftermarket for these cars. If you have seen other modified Lexus LS400/Celsiors, you will not be alone in tracking parts down.

And to ensure that your stock air suspension lasts a long time & doesn't become damaged, it's much safer to use the air controllers to PARK your car low & drive it at stock height. As RA40 pointed out: driving the car at an altered/lower height setting will place extra stress on the factory air components & eventually lead to a leak, or damaged part.
If you want to ride low (reliably) you would want an aftermarket air-ride system, or change from air to coil springs & install an aftermarket coilover system.

Thanks for reply. My stock air suspension isnt in very good condition. But i can have new stock air suspension for nice price.
aftermarket air-ride system is very expensive in Czech Republic, becauser this car is unique here.
Drive 1" lower than stock will place extra stress on stock suspension too?
Rey: thx. I must search. I find datasystem air ride controller, but it is problem send to Czech Republic. And price isnt good . I must pay 50% from price like taxes for state.

Originally I was only wanting to purchase an LS with factory air-ride so I could drive at stock height & park at a lower height, but I decided I wouldn't be happy driving like that after all. Since I'd rather be lowered 24/7, and fixing factory air suspension in the US is costly, I am going to opt for coilovers.

Air ride is good compromise. I must accept park low, drive high . Maybe drive low and after damage buy new stock air suspension. I dont want coilovers. Air is nice
